This class is an excellent tool for your child to build self-confidence, work ethic, coordination, practical self-defense skills, and danger awareness, all in a safe and fun environment. Ari Cassarino has over 28 years of experience teaching karate, taekwondo, kickboxing, fitness, and self-defense. Certified black belt coach and referee, former AAU/ Jr. Olympic medalist.
