Designed with the purpose of increasing core strength, flexibility and balance, this class consists of 50 minutes of slow flow yoga followed by relaxation and mindful breathing. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged. Instructed by an In Shape Incentive instructor.

No class on 2/16, 4/20 and 5/25.
