Athletes will learn the fundamentals of volleyball and essence of teamwork. The volleyball team continues to develop as a program and wants to invite friends and family to become involved. The goals of the clinic include conditioning and flexibility strength, learning sport specific knowledge, get a basic understanding of offense and defense, learning fundamental skills of forearm and overhead passing, attacking, blocking, digging and serving. Bring a sneakers/socks, knee pads (if desired) and a water bottle. Instructed by NHS Volleyball Coach, Paul Nimblett.
Grades: 5th through incoming freshman.
