The weight room can be an intimidating place, especially for young people. This class will empower girls to feel confident walking into a weight room. Girls will learn basic lifts in multiple variations focusing on proper form and safety prior to adding weight. The goal of the program is for girls to gain knowledge of proper lifting techniques and to set a baseline for future fitness. Instructed by Erin Colleran of Colleran Coaching.
