Chef Beth will take you through each step of decorating a holiday cake.  Participants will go home with a beautifully decorated cake, the tips, angled spatula, bags and recipes to continue these techniques at home.

November class: a Thanksgiving cake
February class: a Valentine's cake
March class: a cake to look like a pot of gold
