Stingrays Swim Team • Register • View Cart •

All new swimmers to the team must tryout. Swimmers from last summer do not need to try out. New swimmers are expected to swim 25 yards freestyle and back unassisted. Tryouts are approximately 10 minutes per swimmer and are taken in the order they sign in. Tryouts will be held on Sunday, June 22nd beginning at 10am at Hawes Pool.

Practice Begins: Monday, June 23rd
Season Dates: June 22nd-August 9th              
Cost: $175.00 per swimmer
Family of 4+ participants: If your family includes four or more participants, please contact hweinstein@norwoodma.gov to inquire about the family rate.
Age Groups: 5 years –18 years
Practice Times: Monday-Thursday
7:00-8:00am or 8:00-8:45am (practice times assigned by coach)
Practice location: Hawes Pool

Swimmers will work on stroke technique, practice starts and turns and participate in games and team building all with professional and knowledgeable coaching staff.
