Velocity Sports Performance at the Civic Center • Register • View Cart •

Utilizing the Velocity Sports Performance Speed formula, we will help teach middle school athletes proper running mechanics to run faster and more efficiently. Athletes will discover the secrets and the skill of speed in this clinic. Athletes will also work on overall athletic movements that allow them to move better on the field for various sports activities. The VSP coaching staff will create a fun positive, competitive environment which is welcoming to athletes of all levels and abilities.
