Track in the Civic! Join All American coaches Matt and Jill Kerr indoors at the Civic to run, jump, and throw! Young athletes will develop a range of dynamic skills to enhance speed, strength, flexibility and coordination. Athletes of all abilities will find suitable activities ranging from proper warm up techniques to coordinating exercises, as well as  fun relay games.
