Cake Decorating

Chef Beth will take you through each step of decorating a holiday cake.  Participants will go home with a beautifully decorated cake, the tips, angled spatula, bags and recipes to continue these techniques at home.

February class: a Valentine’s Day cake
March class: cake to look like a pot of gold
April class: Easter Cake
