The Norwood Recreation Department is looking for Counselors in Training for the Summer 2025 season! Our C.I.T Program is designed for teenagers entering 9th/10th Grade and is a work-oriented experience, which gives our participants the opportunity to learn and understand the demands and responsibility of a counselor job. This program will help our participants become better role models and allows teens, that hope to one day work with children get real world experiences!

PLEASE BE SURE TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION BEFORE PAYMENT.

All C.I.T’s must be CPR/First Aid Certified.
If you need to be certified, the Recreation Department will supply if selected
