Do you want to head into next week feeling prepared with convenient, nourishing meals for you or your family? Let's meal prep together! During this virtual cooking class we will prepare the building blocks for one breakfast and two main meals (for lunch or dinner) for the busy week ahead. Our menus are designed to be flexible with proteins used (vegetarian, seafood, or meat) and we can accommodate other dietary considerations and preferences. Menus are subject to change.
