Have you been interested in trying a yoga class, but you're worried you won't know what you're doing? In this "Intro to Yoga" workshop, our instructor will guide participants in learning basic poses and breathing, some typical sequences and how to use props to adapt the poses to your body type and level of flexibility. By the end of this 90-minute workshop, you'll feel empowered to join a yoga class on your own!
