Norwood Track Club - Run Club
Learn to run longer & stronger! Build your endurance with All-American coaches Matt &Jill Kerr. Young athletes will navigate grass, up & down hills, and continue to build a wide range of dynamic skills to enhance running efficiency, strength, and endurance. This is a running endurance course and athletes should be capable of running at least a full mile before the first class.


Norwood Track Club - Indoor Track & Field
Track in the Civic! Join All-American coaches Matt and Jill Kerr indoors at the Civic to
run, jump and throw! Young athletes will develop a range of dynamic skills to enhance
speed, strength, flexibility and coordination. Athletes of all abilities will find suitable
activities ranging from proper warm up technique to coordinating exercises, as well as
fun relays and games.
