Enjoy the great outdoors this summer by going fishing! This camp is for adventurers who have a desire to spend time outside along the shores of our great local ponds, fishing and learning about the wetland habitat around us.
Each day campers will be dropped off at a local fishing location and fish for the day. Drop off locations may vary to surrounding towns.
Campers will fish for bass, trout, sunfish, perch, and other local species. Last summer's biggest fish was a 3 lb 10 oz bass caught by a camper at Ellis pond! Maybe you will catch this summer's biggest fish!
Campers will need to bring their own lunch, snacks, and beverages, but fishing equipment and bait is provided. Campers are welcome to bring and use their own gear as well. Tight Lines!
This is a pick up and drop off program at various locations which include Norwood, Westwood, and Walpole. The program is from 9am-3 pm, if there is inclement weather fishing will be cancelled.
